love to put this question forward to any of the EDS and to all the readers. Hendo is not everyones favourite player. After lifting the UCL Super Cup and World Club Trophy. do you'll think he would be recognised as a legend amongst the LFC supporters and ex LFC players. especially if he is able to lift the league title i personally think he should be. But seeing some people comments even ex players who never played for Liverpool seem to think he is either useless or should never be in a Lfc jersey. love to view peoples thoughts on this.

{Ed001's Note - he already deserves to go down as a legend.}

Yes. Hendo imo is one of them players that will better over time, like boxing when u think about a fighter years later u remember how good he was. Last 18months other than kdb I can't name another midfielder who is even in contention.

He reminds me a bit of Francois Pienaar if any of you watch rugby. Probably wasn’t the best in the world in his position at the time, but he was exactly what the team needed as a player and captain to set the culture of the squad, the commitment on the pitch, and helped drive the team to the World Cup.

Hendo is the same for me, A very important and dependable player, yes, but he really deserves to be a legend for his character and leadership, which has set the example and expectations for the rest of the squad.

Been my favorite player ever since he started to wear the armband. He shouts a lot, and strangely that was one of the reason that actually made me start to like him.

Undoubtedly a legend. He's lifted the champions league and was instrumental in us beating Barcelona.

Once this season is over, and the expected (titles) happens, the consensus will change more in his favor than before. I have no doubts about how important he is to this team (I still think we lost the title in 2013 due to his 3 game ban towards the end of the season), but history can be fickle and achievement is measured in titles and numbers.

When he lifts the pl title he becomes a legend for me. It will just cap of a great 18 months for him and the team.

Legends at Liverpool can be counted on 1 hand from the last 30 years.
