Ben Woodburn on loan to Tranmere for the season makes a lot of sense to me. I think he'd kill it in that Division and help Tranmere compete.

I generally like the association with Tranmere as well as the overall focus of connecting with smaller clubs and locally including loan deals and friendly games.

i would be disappointed if he was sent to Tranmere, he is at a higher level than that.

if he was to be going down to league one then i would want it to be at one of the top end clubs pushing for promotion e. g. Portsmouth.

I think this season is imperative he gets a full season under his belt otherwise he is in danger of becoming a wilson v2.

Southern is he at a higher level then that? he already went on loan in the championship and it didn't work out and not done well? he just needs games and tranmere will be perfect for that.
