ed001 how has Sheyi Ojo loan gone this season, There was high hopes for him a few years back wondering what's going on with him. and if there is still any hope off him having any sort of carer at Liverpool? thanks ed.

{Ed001's Note - from what I have been told, not that well. I think there is more chance of him getting a carer than a career that's for sure.}

and one more if you don't mind ed001 Marko Grujic is he going to get a chance next season or do you think his time is over?

{Ed001's Note - tough one. He has impressed but not sure he has impressed enough. I would expect, unless he decides to leave, that he will be given a shot in preseason to impress and that will be when a decision is made.}

I think him and Wilson should be loaned to premier league clubs next season to see if they can cut the mustard. Newcastle would be ideal for both.

Wilson should be recalled to the squad imo. He has proved he can perform. The championship is a hard league and small attacking players struggle often. But, wilson has proved he can do it under pressure.

Tbh, id forgotton all about grujic. Obviously has talent but we have so many midfielders. I think we will sell and make a good profit.

I don't personally see Wilson as good enough. He's got a beauty of a left peg and great technique. I don't see his other stand out qualities that tell me he's good enough for Liverpool. I think he has a promising career ahead and I hope klopp at least gives him some time in pre season.

I hope our young players like Wilson and Grujic stay patient and get experience on loan elsewhere. Our best players over the last few seasons have all been in their mid to late 20s. Klopp, Edwards, and co seem to have hit on a good formula for recruiting players who are already tried and tested and in their prime to challenge for trophies.

Ed1, Ojo had a back injury if I remember correctly a couple of years ago, is it because of that hasn't done any good? or is there more to it? I know he was out quite a while because of the back injury (god knows how long but it was a while) . The reason I ask is I've barely seen his name mentioned since then!

It's a shame really because he was looking so promising until that injury, now I think it's clear for all to see, he doesn't have a future at Liverpool. It just goes to show how quickly things can change, especially at such a young age.

Lerchy, I completely agree. I'd love to see Wilson given his chance at Liverpool next season but I have my doubts if he'll be ready for this level. I think the best bet is to see how he does in pre season before deciding whether to send him out on loan or not but if we were to then it needs to be a PL club. I just hope he's patient enough.

{Ed001's Note - that has clearly held him back, but I am not sure he was as good as though. Looks like another youngster who just developed physically ahead of the rest and so was quicker and stronger than most of those he faced, making him look better.}

Yeah to be honest that makes sense now you put it like that Ed. I mean I probably saw him play up to MAYBE 10 times or so (so not a great deal tbh) and he looked promising from what I saw but yeah he wasn't the most skilful player, just very physical like you say, especially for that age. Ah well, you win some, you lose some. Good luck to the lad in the future, I have a feeling he's going to need a hell of a lot of luck with his career. Cheers mate.

Thanks Salah I think it would be good for Grujic too as unfortunately the bundesliga isn’t quite what it was a few years ago.

{Ed002's Note - There is no guarantee he will get a work permit.}

If Wilson were to get a loan to a prem team it would need to be a certain style of team. Bournemouth would suit him and hed also have to fight and earn his place. He's 22 or 23 when next season starts. Time to step up now if you want to be a prem league footballer. I feel klopp isn't convinced by him yet. But it would be nice if he could step up his game like Madisson and Brooks have since coming up a tier.

Wilson getting a loan to a Prem side would be perfect for him as he needs to continue to get starts to improve IMO and that will be tough with our front 3.

Grujic getting another season and lots of game time in Bundesleague would also be perfect given how many midfielders we currently have.

Can't argue with any of that, SGRed as a loan to a prem club would be very helpful for Wilson's development.
