Ed001, I asked about Glatzel last week, and I understand your answer and that he is no where near ready but he seems to score at will with the under 18's. Is he ready for the under 23's and do you think he has the potential to make an impact on the senior squad? I understand that he is just a boy and anything could happen. I guess I'm curious what the club think about his potential.

{Ed001's Note - personally I think it is better to give him a go as early as possible. He can always drop back to the Under 18s and work on what he needs to if he finds it is too difficult.}

I really like the look of glatzel, he looks like a natural goalscorer and considering he is so young he will only get bigger stronger quicker and experienced he could be the next too break through, but there is others who we need too know how they handle themselves in the premiership cos we could have some dynamite on our hands . Bobby Duncan, Brewster, Curtis Jones, Adam Lewis, taiwo awoniyi, Jan hoever, Camacho, harry wilson and our mate glatzel, obviously all won't make it we would be extremely lucky if they did but it's exciting too know there is talent coming through, real shame about woodburn seems too b standing still .

Thank you Ed. I've never seen him play, but read up on the under 18's and under 23's and it just seems like he is fighting above his weight and he really isn't challenged at the under 18 level. I'm not suggesting that he is the next Owen, but it would be interesting to see how he would do at another level. Any idea what the club think of him?
