Reading that Lampard is highly impressed with Liverpool's loan department. He reckons they are doing a great job of looking after Wilson and communicating with him. Eds - do you know how true this is? Does this extend to their other loanees as well and thus bode well for how Liverpool are starting to treat their loanees - given how poorly its been managed in recent years?

I Think the big shrft we have seen is both an improvement in progressive loans where they are thinking further ahead than just 3 months as well as a liason officer who helps keep them focused and reports back to Liverpool.

I know we have recently introduced penalties which has both positive and negatives benefits but overall probably meaning teams are only wanting loanees if they aren’t going to impact the team.

It's great news. Klopp gives youngsters s chance and for that reason I really think some of our youth players are going to come through.

I haven't seen a carra gold report for a while. Does anyone know if Ben Woodburn is getting any chances at the blades? He wasn't getting a look in last year but we've seen him play. He must be one of the most technically gifted players in the utd squad. So what is the issue? I reckon he should have gone up the road with Gerrard.
