I have a feeling the toffees will be doing us a big favor this Saturday!

Though I am not confident of beating UTD.

So you think 7th will beat 2nd but you don't think 1st will beat 6th?

no I just have a feeling everton might take some points off City.

And hope we do UTD but am not confident, we always seem to drop points vs them!

We will win. City will win. And it continues.

Can see Maureen Yo "parking the bus" as usual, score against them early and he's no choice but to open it up a little, then we'll get them.

I know this may be an unpopular opinion but I think injuries may cost us in this game unfortunately. If there’s ever a game for Liverpool where you want your best players on the pitch it’s United. We seem to have some sort of inferiority complex going on with them in recent times. I hope we get it done, but the way this is being hyped up it’s got a draw written all over it. I hope I’m wrong though. As for Everton, have they ever done us any favours? I know it’s half way through the season but I wouldn’t be surprised if they do what most the other teams have done and try not to get beat I. e roll over for city. I hope I’m left with egg on my face on all fronts this weekend but this is an all too familiar vibe, every season we’re going into this game in good form and united looking poor only for us to balls it up. Let’s see if our change in approach works this time round.

Everton are the only team Guardiola has not beaten at the Etihad. So you never know, maybe they will do us a favour.

Kman92, Utd have their own raft of injuries as well so we will see which team can overcome injury obstacles better come Sun so the injury. Not sure what you mean by inferiority complex over Utd. We played them at OT two years ago and had it not been for a linesman not knowing what an offside is (on the equalizer after Valencia was a yard offside when he received the ball after a throw in) e would have won 1-0. Last season, we played them off the park and had it not been for DDG, we would have won at Anfield. And at OT, we did not play our best and STILL, we should have gotten a point cos at least one of those 3 penalty shouts we had was a penalty, if not all of them. So for me, I think we've been more unlucky in certain games than it is about inferiority complex.

As for Everton, I don't think they will roll over for City to just tickle them cos remember, they will be w/ o Aguero, KDB and most importantly, David Silva. We'll see what happenes.
