Least number of goals conceded after 16 games in top flight football in England. (All time) .

6 - Chelsea. 04/ 05.
6 - Liverpool. 18/ 19.

Get in Alisson lad, what a bloody game changer he is.

That flick over Knockaert and the header yesterday have already entered LFC folklore as far as I’m concerned.
What a signing he is.
Liverpool have pulled some pearlers out of the transfer hat.
Our transfer business in general, perhaps out of the whole aspects of the club’s business, is so much better these last couple of seasons.

Allison is world class and so is Vvd. But we can’t just pinpoint them pair. Robbo, Gomez and Taa have been brilliant for us and will continue to get better. Lovren has put in some decent performances and Matip has been good of late.

Loved the header, myself. If you watch it closely, he goes up with one knee to protect himself (as all GK's are coached to do) and then heads the ball and "cleans out" the player. As a CF, a GK once told me that they do that to send a message to the CF to "Never come thru here again".

As for our defence, he credit should go first and foremost to the management and the whole team cos Klopp coaches team defence more than anything else. When you see the way our strikers and forwards, track opposition fullbacks on the overlap then you knw, it is not just individuals. Hats off to the whole team!

I still can't believe his actually protecting our goal post. Guy is boss.

Ron, so what? And what has that got to do with anything or the current topic of the thread, exactly?
