Personally, i believe Mane need s competition or a kick in the behind. Klop should not be tafraid to drop him for a few games . he takes too many touches and likes to take on defenders which invariably leads to him loosing the ball. if he sticks to his game of playing with his team mates with fast paced passes and accurate shots, he will make more impact.
Please note i didn't watch yesterday's game, i am just venting over his last couple of games (premier league) that i watched.

JJ there was an instant in last night's match that typifies manes season he broke free from halfway in the centre red star where woefully short ribbon bombed down the wing unmarked and mane took the ball to the edge of the area before releasing straight to the defender when an early ball to the wing would have stretched red star to breaking point this is why klopp goes mad on the touchline.

controversially I think it’s neither of the three (perhaps out of loyalty) but I believe the issue is Klopps tactics. I really like Klopp as our manager but he needs to up his tactics. Playing solely to the wings is predictable and we put pressure on Mane and Salah to perform because of their performance last season. Our brilliance last season was the press that lead to more goals and the exciting football I recall. Food for thought. maybe (generally speaking) it’s not the players?

mane has been the best performer of the front 3 this season and has brought energy and drive in pretty much every game he has played. Tried to bring it yesterday but didn't work, and the entire team was shocking, this comment is very harsh IMO.

JJ the discussion was about Mane not what's wrong with the rest there has been posts all season about his decision making so don't get me wrong there is plenty to discuss about other areas of our side but I trust klopp to put this right and qualify.

Mane is just as inconsistent as the other members of the front three, IMO so singling him out for criticism is unfair and fixes nothing, IMO.
