Thanks ed. Jeez 5000 players a month? that's 60,000 players in 6 months! When I'm shopping and have too many products to choose from I do my head in and end up just grabbing whatever looks good. And end up making a mistake. Good luck to them I guess.

The whole Bolt scenario is a farce. Imagine being a player in that team and seeing the circus that is Bolt and the wages he'd be on.

Better to spend that money on the grassroots and developping the kids playing football than subsidize Bolt's wages. Makes no sense at all. I can understand the PR benefit of having Bolt play in your league (even though he is no proven footballer yet), but smart management would spend money on developping the kids and hope for an Aussie Bolt to emerge. Maybe make him pay to be able to play, since he says that's all he wants to do. 😉.

Bolt's first touch is so bad he makes Lukaku look like Messi. It will be a serious waste of FFA money if they help fund it. He is after the sort of money that Del Piero was on when he played for Sydney FC. Only problem is that Del Piero actually was worth it (even if he couldn't run for more than a few metres)
