Caught the first half and then had my own match - glad we held on! Not sure about the second but we looked in control to me, even when spurs had their ‘spell’ what did they do? Once Keita gets the cohesion with the front three and they pick up we will blow teams away but it’s great we keep winning anyway!

Largely had control in the second half too imo. Lucas Moura hit the post shortly before our second goal (and not long after Robertson had hit the top of the bar for us), but apart from that, I don't think they even got a half chance until after the 80th minute.

We should've been over the hill and far away by that stage. We had a couple of 3 v 3 or even 4 v 3 breaks where we picked the wrong option and didn't score.

True! Only if he is played to his strength! Keita is a central player. Drops deep, picks the ball and run with it forward and pick a pass! He is never a LCM or someone who have ever played in a 3 men midfield. Watch his spells at RBL over the last two years!

It doesn’t matter where Keita played at RB Leipzig, he is a Liverpool player now and he plays where is best for Liverpool. He is young enough and good enough to learn how to play in a slightly different position and he’ll be a better player for it. Don’t forget Firmino wasn’t a striker before Klopp came along and now he is one of the best in the world.

Oh it does! Which is exactly why you buy a player for certain position based on his attributes. If he played poor at RBL we wouldn’t have splashed ££ on him.
There is hardly anything for him to learn and you are missing the point here. The critical point. Just like Brendan played both Can and Firmino ouf of their true position we must not play Kieta anywhere in the midfield and expect him to unlock defense or score goals.
He is such a natural talent blessed with excellent abilities on the ball. Kieta will never fit in a 3 men midfield out wide. We could certainly try!

Missed the game as I’m in Florida atm (hols) haven’t missed the so called banter 3 points away to spurs is always a good result regardless. Well in boys.
