Love these Ed's, but end up reading a small script at the bottom of the page, with a huge advert taking 70% of the page up, with no obvious way to turn it off. Any hints ( I'm mobile only these days) .

On a another note would love to read the American college football story but hard to find.

I haven’t downvoted, on the contrary. The one negative I would mention is that the article just feels premature. The (weak) implications that he could be a ‘dud’ and potentially not seen a lot of for the rest of this season are bound to attract downvotes.

Enjoyed the actual analysis of his team performances, however.

Hi Phil. Thanks for the write up mate! Just got to it this morning. I didn’t give you a thumbs down mate and like the others above, appreciate the article!

Just my opinion though. “Constructive criticism” if you will, not that I profess to be able to write an article like you or others here. Just felt a LITTLE negative of the lad after 3/ 4 games of his red career. By that I mean the question or comment of “dud” and the last sentence about that you don’t think it’s that last we will see of him this season.

I actually downvoted Phil, just because I feel the article itself is premature, not to mention the debate as to whether he could be a dud. I also would not read anything into the Palace, Brighton games really- they were combative performances where none of our midfield could really shine. Against palace, Keita had some class moments- nobody would critique his performance if Salah had converted that chance he set up.
Regardless, the article was really well written, I think it’s great for the site that more and more posters are writing these.

negatives for me are none as it take guts to post an article and I appreciate that being a writer of poetry myself who has been published various times.
very easy to tick a box rather then say why someone does not like something
With Naby just feel he is not to the pace yet and your right does not know the front three as much yet and runs to make pass ect
once he does oh boy will we have a player on our hands.
