Terrible Ed0333. I'll give you the answer as it involves a bit of lateral wordplay and a lot of googling on my behalf, lol -
David Johnson, scored for Everton v Panathinaikos in 1971 and scored for Liverpool v Borussia Monchengladbach in 1978.
His nickname at Liverpool was 'The Doc'.
Sorry terrible that, haha.

But a nice bit ion trivia, Panathinaikos were coached in 1971 by the great Ferenc Puskas and Bill Shankly let them use Melwood to train on before they eventually knocked Everton out of the European Cup.
