Anyone know if its true that trent has asked to come back to pre season training early to be in contention for the West ham game?

I doubt he would be to worried about the 45mins that anyone has played at RB after the season he has had. I’d be more inclined to believe it’s down to his commitment and desire to play and improve.

I dunno. If Clyne plays well then he could lose his place. Doubt it after England call up. Breaking into the team is harder than keeping your place, especially if the team are winning.

Either way it is admirable. got to love trent. Hope he gets more free kicks this year although shaqiri is unnatural with dead ball, hitting cross bar (anyone see that clip)

Clyne is nowhere near taking his spot back. He is a weak spot in the team and should be 4th choice behind TAA, Gomez, and Fabinho. I believe Ed01 has mentioned in the past that Klopp is not a fan and that we are open to selling him.
