Respect to Casillas who has posted a video highlighting the mistakes he made as a GK over the course of his career in support of Karius.
Wish more GKs will come out to support Karius. The abuse hurled by the select LFC fans at Loris is unacceptable and they should be ashamed of themselves. Do these persons not understand what YNWA means and how this Karius abuse is tainting the club's image to the football world?

Its nice of him to do that but he shouldn't need to. He has done because there are so many gilfnards on social media who think its ok to hurl abuse at someone who made a mistake. (Im still of the opinion that the first one is more great play from benzema, he anticipated, gambled and it paid off) .
There are too many persons, some liverpool fans some not. Who think its ok to throw personal abuse and threats to a player who made a mistake in their job.
If we had cameras on these persons i can guarantee we would see at least one mistake a day from them.

I was hoping he stayed but now i think the damage has been done and because it was seen as the done thing and ok to abuse him (it isnt) the twatterverse have probably ruined the boys confidence. So i hope he gets the oppurtunity to build a career and life away from anfield.

Also, some people seem to forget he helped get us to the final in the first place!

If I were karius I would erm turn off my computer?

Sorry Robbie but that is one of the most naive posts that I have read. The fact is that Karius should not have to turn off his computer - the abusers should do that if they have nothing better to do than attack players as they do.

I think or at least hope, it was intended as tounge and cheek.

I think Iker remembers the warm reception he got from the Kop last season. Nothing but praise for Liverpool since then (even though we clap all goalkeepers obviously) but still.

That was not Benzema's skill it was Karius' terrible mistake, let's not dress it up. It was bloody woeful. Does he deserve the abuse though? Of course not. I hope he turns his career around and does well over the next 10 years, wherever that may be.

Can Karius have his own tab at the top?

I completely agree that he or anyone should not be abused and the media should leave him be but we don't need several posts a day of pretty much the same thing regarding him. I'm sick of hearing about him.

Quality from him. I really liked him when he came through at real Madrid. I think he peaked to early but had a very successful career.

When I was young page we got by without computers. Collecting conkers, hardening conkers, playing conkers, picking up broken conkers and crying and I turned out fine!

If you're famous, you're liable to get abuse from somewhere on the internet, and if you have an internet persona you're going to get the most hits there. I'm with Robbie. If you're a footballer, you're not a normal person in a normal situation. If you don't like heat, don't holiday in Dubai.

I used to get peeved by the constant posts about Mignolet before Karius was flavour of the month, JTaylor. I was very much assured that this is a public forum where you can read it, contribute and like it or kindly go elsewhere. The season will start soon and Karius as a subject will be a funny little footnote on Liverpool's epic ass.
