Am I paranoid or does all this sudden Quickfire signings and prospective links to decent players mean we are gearing up for Salah’s departure?

As good as he is an important if he indicated he wants a move I would have no hesitation getting rid as he an his motives are poisonous and we don't want or need players like that . You don't come too our club and use us too get a leg up and it shows the true character of the man if this ever happened, sounds crazy but I don't trust Salah cos I know one day he will be off he has itchy feet never sticks around at clubs, I love him an want him too stay for rest of his career but I know it ain't happening, the Torres, Alonso, mascerano, Suarez, coutihno situations have all dentedmy confidence in players loyalty especially from abroad.

We lose a player, we sign a player. I could never hate a player who scored 40+ goals in a season.

That said, I don't think he will stay forever. One more season I expect. World Cup is a worry as he will have non liverpool people whispering in his ear.

If we want to keep salah then we have to do miraculous things next season. Although I have a sneaky feeling that salah will fail to reach the figures of last year, perhaps nowhere near. It felt like a fluke, everything he hit went in. I hope im wrong.

Players come and go, it’s part of football. We should be aiming to have a squad of players that if one moves on, we have others who can fill in. We should not be reliant to one player as we have been over the years (Gerrard, Torres, Suarez now Salah) . Although we had other good players around them, these 4 seemed to be almost dragging the club over the line (especially Gerrard) . We are on the cusp of something great and with a few quality signings, the team as a whole will be great, not just one player.

You are definitely paranoid. Fabinho replaces Can, Fekir replaces Coutinho. It has nothing to do with Salah.
