Best of luck to Yan Dhanda and let's see if he achives what he wants there and aswell if he becomes what is expected from him.

Cheers Ed, have a good day mate!

{Ed001's Note - thank you mate.}

Nice to see a consistent approach to management from FA’s the world over!

Good luck to Yan, although a bit surprised he says he wasn’t given chances. It looked like he was doing quite well and being brought through at a measured pace. He’s obviously far more likely to start at Swansea though so could well be right decision for him in the long run, but why didn’t he stay and ask for a loan? Feels like perhaps our loan system needs to be improved further still.

{Ed001's Note - personally I am not convinced he was good enough and he probably thinks the same.}

Think that’s probably fair Ed, I liked what I saw of him but I’d still say Woodburn and Wilson were ahead of him hence perhaps the concerns around opportunities.

{Ed001's Note - exactly mate, it is not that he is a bad player, just not quite as good as some of the others.}

I have no idea whether or not he's good enough but one thing was starting to seem sure - he was never going to become good enough at LFC. Hopefully he excels with regular game time and we see him back in red in a few years with a semi embarrassing 'sold for peanuts, bought back with diamonds' story.

In my opinion, i think he has made the right choice. Whilst we all know that he had talent and had scored some worldie goals for the youth, when someone see players younger than him overtaking him in the pecking order it is VERY hard to prove the doubters wrong.

I think a move to swansea is a great decision, they have just dropped down a league, a lot of their high waged players will probably leave. and this may give him an opportunity to push for a first team role.

i believe a year ago forest were looking to take him on loan so clearly he is well thought of in the footballing community.

obviously it is sad when you see a youth player leaving liverpool as clearly it would of always been their dream to don the famous bird, however i wish him good luck and hope to see him scoring some worldies in the future!

Out of interest Ed001, do you know what KPMG base their club valuations on? Is it as a brand or does it include all assets etc as well?

{Ed001's Note - I listed the variables they assessed to come up with the drivel mate. Most of it is pure nonsense, I mean how can you provide a ranking to popularity? The club with the biggest official supporters club is one of the Portugese clubs, if I remember correctly, so does that mean they are more popular than the rest? And how do you decide what is more important to weight the variables to come up with a ranking?}

Benfica is who you are thinking of Ed, they have the most amount of "socios" or members.

{Ed001's Note - that's em cheers.}

Sorry Ed001, missed that one. Although it does mean there are some very surprising results in there - Battersea Power Station was just bought for £1.6bn, is about the same size as the Stamford Bridge complex and is in a considerably less value area in London real estate, so how can Chelsea's total value be E1.76bn? KPMG have certainly made some interesting calculations here.

{Ed001's Note - it seems to be mainly based on supposition.}
