I wonder how Neymars' team mates feel, when the new manager is already calling him an artist etc. Just massaging his ego even more. Maybe they can roll the red carpet out for him before every match.
Cannot help when Rivaldo is the latest telling Neymar he is too good for PSG.

Of course, he's too good for PSG and the French league. I mean, how can you win the Balon D'Or (which is what Neymar wants in the end) when you are playing against the likes of Lorient, Nice, Angers, Metz, Dijon and the rest of the dross in Ligue 1? That's not going to happen so while should he stay there? IMO, Neymar always wanted to go to Real (since his days at Santos cos he said so then) but then went to Barcelona cos RM never bid for him. That's why he's trying to jump ship now and join RM. Just my take.

Ah look we’ll take him. He can come off the bench when Bobby or mane gets knackered. I think he could develop well with salah showing him the correct way to play.

BRover- If I remember correctly from one of the Eds, Real Madrid did actually bid a "higher" amount for him but he opted to go Barcelona. We have later found out that in actuality Barcelona actually bid a higher amount if you factor in the under table payments to Neymar's father. But I agree with you that this entire episode of going to PSG and then moving to Madrid may have been engineered from the very beginning, to circumvent Barcelona probably vetoing any direct sale to their arch rivals. The Barcelona supporters would have never accepted it. Board elections are won and lost on such decisions.

I know Neymar is quality but are Madrid not put off by the huge amount of baggage he comes with? From their point of view is think Salah is a better prospect.
