Heard a rumour Mo Salah will stop playing for Ramadan which starts on the 14th. Does this mean as the final is on the 26th will he not be available for the final in Kiev?

{Ed001's Note - if you are going to believe this kind of stupidity you need help.}

Only well I've spent a lot of time on Muslim countries over the last 7 months so I would believe it. I'll get myself sectioned then.

{Ed001's Note - I would as you clearly are not bright enough to be using a computer on your own without someone to keep an eye on you. If you live in a Muslim country and you don't know about the exceptions to Ramadan that professional athletes and others are allowed then you need to get out more.}

I spoke with a Muslim I used to work with about this ages ago. He says that if you speak to your local community leader, they can grant you special dispensation for things like major sporting events, pregnancy, weddings etc.

This on the same day as all these posts where people can’t work out what 5 minus 2 equals. Time for an IQ test for members ed?

There's a whole host of exceptions permitted and many situations where making up the missed days, even after Ramadhan is over, is allowed.

Not to mention the fact that whilst it's hardly ideal, with proper preparation you would still be able to play football over Ramadan. Not eating during daylight hours will not leave you slowly dying in a darkened room as your emaciated body crumbles to death, however much it might feel like it when your morning meeting rumbles half an hour into your normal lunchtime.
