EDS Last night god i think every LFC supporters nerves where gone. But watching the team and there determination reminded me of LFC when i was growing uo in the 70s and 80s. Klopp is bringing that era we had of belief again and now that under his guidance ni mater what happens the rest of the season. There will be more nights celebrating and he will bring much more better players. The type that wanted to come the club for what we can achieve and not just for what we did achieve.

OP, my nerves were shaky BUT definitely not gone, personally. After that goal (that btw, should NEVER have stood for a blatant foul on VVD), I was just hoping that we don't concede in the next 5 or 10 mins and we did not. When the pressure was on, our boys showed a lot of poise, courage and belief as well as smarts and that is testament to the manager and the mentality he has instilled into these wonderful, courageous boys who put their bodies on the line every week to defend our colors. Klopp is the best thing to happen to this club in a decade and the hope is that he can crown all his efforts with some silverware cos DAMN, does he deserve it.

Faith. faith in Klopp and faith in the character of this team. I saw the same in my other favorite sports team the Philadelphia Eagles who won their first Superbowl ever.
I waited 42 damn yeas for and despite all the adversity, injuries and doubters they adopted the under dog mantra, had faith in their players and staff and won. Anything can happen when you have a team that has faith and works in unisone. Ynwa reds. let's do this!

Feel for you, Pete. I love the Philly Birds, myself (MacNabb, Westbrook, Dawkins, Trotter and so on) BUT men, they have suffered a lot and I was chuffed for them esp. beating the NE Patriots and that smug Tom Brady and Belicheck who think they run the NFL.
