Spurs moving the ball really quickly, their midfield look impressive we’ll need to be really on our game at the weekend to get the result.

Yeah they have looked good tonight. Think Utd helped them abit though too. Not seen Utd this bad for a while no closing down or anything.

Just shows LFC will have to be on there very best all season though with Spurs looking solid,

Well we know how to nullify that now don't we - play it over and around their midfield to the wings.

Hopefully the crowd in the stadium will be right up for it, that'll give the players a right old boost and we'll go directly for their weak spot, which for me is their left back - coincidentally our strongest player should be directly up against him.

Well, with any luck Can and Gini will continue to cement their status as glory hunters who only bother to turn up against big teams and put in the same level of effort as they did against Man City, and then subsequently didn't against Swansea and West Brom.

They'll certainly need to, anyway.

There's a reason Jose Pulis parks the bus away from home vs the top teams. His team simply cannot match them when he let's Utd play open football. THEY SIMPLY CAN'T.

Utd were garbage all day long just like we were vs Spurs which made Spurs' job way easier for them. Their midfield lacked pace, energy and bite and could not play out of Spurs' press esp. when you have Pogba and Lingard going AWOL and leaving Matic on his own vs the ravaging Spurs midfielders.

We have the energy to match Spurs in this dept. esp. after the City game where we smothered them and vs Spurs at home LAST season where we smothered them as well. IF we bring it the same way we brought it vs City with Ox, Hendo and Can at their best, we will be right in there.

cant believe that they are giving maureeno another contract, they just can't beat the better teams, talking about being defensive, this man is good at that, but they are not even the best team im Manchester .
