Ed002. understand all the nonsense with nabby and how things look But didn’t he stay behind during the Xmas break when everyone else were off on holiday and train on his own?

{Ed002's Note - I don’t know what Nobby did over Christmas but the club is overrun with off field grief still and won’t want more.}

So ed are u saying by letting naby go this would get rid of the grief.

{Ed002's Note - If you are RBL.}

While we are talking to Red bull leipzig is there any chance of talking about Werner too.

{Ed002's Note - I wouldn’t think so.}

Can people stop worrying abt Keita's antics? This is the norm these days when players want to leave for a bigger club. Our own Phil did worse refusing to play and faking injuries (the worse of all for me) .

And abt the fee paid for him, can we please let the club's financial department deal with it? The club's being managed by the FSG group who are far more competent than all of us. We r paying his market value as Barça paid for Phil. I'm sure some Barça fans and "pundits" are thinking they overpaid but certain LFC fans think we could have get more for him. So you always have to see both ways coz I'm sure Leipzig fans would have prefferred to keep Keita instead of selling him for £50 mil + addons. And don't forget that we did bid higher for him in the summer. So, even if we have to pay another £15m for him to get him now, I will as he can help us play better, have more success and earn more.

If u still can't feel the peace of mind then a little reminder might help :

LUKAKU : the manc paid £75m
Morata : plastic bags paid £58m
Sigurdsson : the bitters paid £45m
Bolasie : the bitters paid £29m 18 months ago

Keita is 5 times the player compared to those average ones.

So ed would you give nobby a miss if you were in charge of transfers for Liverpool would live you're in insight.

{Ed002's Note - Nobby has shown himself to be immature and unprofessional. His English is poor and he has had both on field and off field issues so I would not have gone near him at the fee that Liverpool will eventually pay. At a lower fee and if he were to settle, then fine.}

May be u r right Ed2 but don't u think it depends sometimes on the circumstances the player's in? I mean Pipco was also immature, unprofessional since this summer yet he was considerred an angel before and his english is still poor.

We also overpayed for Firmino but. now it. feels like a bargain as his resale value (if we do agree to sell him at some point) will easily surpass 150mil in the future (2/ 3 years time) . The value for me always depends on the need of certain plauers in our system.

Don't take. me. wrong Ed as I think we overpayed for many players in the past that doesn't fit in to our system and that I accept the fact that our scouting department do need upgrading as it would have been better to spot talents like Keita, Kante, Mane. earlier.

The one thing I would like to point out is when a player has a certain release clause for german clubs say 10million but we end up buying him for 15million doesn't mean that we overpaid for the players as the release clause was only for german clubs and we r not a German club. It's just that the club feels that player might choose Bayern ahead of us so we act ASAP.
