Does anyone miss Pepe Reina? I for one do considering what we replaced him with.

I just had a look at the all time premier league clean sheets stats and cech is on 158 and Reina on 114.

If he had still been around and with an average (modest) of 10 clean sheets a season he would have had 159 clean sheets now and definitely in with a shout at the all time premier league record when he would have retired.

I remember he had good distribution as well.

Pepe's time was up. He was terrible long before we sold him.

I remember his poor form and attitude during his final spell with us though.
Should have replaced him properly and we would never have missed him.

Made countless errors in his final two years here. Tried to force a move to Barcelona. A one on one against he became easier than a penalty. Couldn't catch a cold. So no I don't miss him just because he had a decent drop kick :)
