Good morning Reds and Eds.

Just wanted to know if anyone has still been keeping an eye on Naby this season? Is he still appearing to be trying too hard? Has his discipline calmed (after the 2 or 3 red cards he got earlier in the season?

He has been playing well lately and scored a goal last weekend.

Thought to be doing alright and scoring the odd goal here and there. I bet he's just itching to get to Anfield thou.

I only watched his last 2 league games, against Leverkusen he was fairly subdued and not especially effective but it wasnt a great game for the whole team. He did well not to get carded with plenty of openings for rash tackles and fouls. Against Bremen he was the deserved man of the match and absolutely overwhelmed their midfield single handed, not to mention a great goal. I also understand he was man of the match in their last CL game but i think it clashed with ours so didn't watch.

I am looking forward to see what his role would be at Liverpool. It would be a shame if he is deployed as a Holding Mid.

It would be stupid to play him in the DM position as he is not not one. I think Diego Demme plays the DM position at RBL with Naby ahead of him and Forsberg (who I love as a player) in the playmaker position. I too think Naby is just itching to get here hence, some of the trouble he got into with red cards and stuff but he should just take the season one game at a time and sure enough, he'll be here and he will be a huge asset in midfield for us.
