Interesting few weeks for our club. This time it's all to do with us. FSG have been known to take on board what the fans demand. Obviously they can't and won't listen to everything. Bear that in mind.

Over the next few days and next few weeks if results don't go particularly well, there will be huge news stories, ex players commenting (some have already been asked for comments) and a bit of a media frenzy around Klopp's future.

We can shape that. If we want him to stay, get the time, get through the sticky patch and then move forward, we can. We can be vocal in the right way. If we moan and moan and knee jerk and be juvenile, we may force him out.

I for one think that we need to support him. He needs some time to fix a few things. A lot is good. Midfield and defence need work.

Ed1 or 2 may know of this too, but yes, there has been talk of defensive coaching. May not be a full on defensive coach, but just some one who works on drilling the team on concentration without the ball and defensive shape.

Great things can come with a bit of patience. Or we can regress.

Strangely, could be up to us, this time.

Peace.

The defence has been an issue since carra hung up his boots, if carra would have been playing the season gerrard 'slipped' we would have won the league I'm telling you. If Klopp stays the defence will b poor but the attack didn't perform today, I like it when we score more than the opposition but we're not doing that so it's not working.

To be fair we were robbed of a penalty. If we were shooting toward the kop that would've been given. It was a penalty.

If there is a knee jerk reaction to replace Klopp already, who in their right mind would want the job? Look at the turnover of the managers since FSG took over. I don't believe they would force Klopp out. I do believe that if Bayern Munich came calling after this season he would listen.

Of course not Ron. The British press can be horrible though. I don't see z crisis. I see a team whose defence are lacking confidence but are good enough to challenge (yes I did just say that) and I see a team that has been very unlucky in their last two games. Two wins instead of two draws and I think we would all be very happy. Klavan just panicked today, acted like a bezerker, knocking anyone in his way over, including team mates. Going for balls that others had covered. He probably thinks he can stake a regular first text place with lovren's form. He should have stuck to the game plan and stay in position and Burnley don't score. If you wanna point fingers then point to the ref for not giving an obvious penalty and point to klavan for playing with his heart znd not his head. Sorry ragnar. Klavan made the wrong choice a few times. No confidence.

Ron, are you suggesting that your believe the media will not be questioning Klopp's future? No-one in the club is at this stage. Read the post again.
Media has already started. Sky did an article or two on how some pundits think we should stick with him. This is the usual ploy to fire up a topic. Some of the broadsheets are also jumping on. I happen to know that it has been spoken about, you just need to know what happens in the press offices. Not sure if you have experience of the Fleet Street crew, but on slow sport news days it has been known for years that you can rile the Liverpool fans into an international strength story. Anyway, its a matter of opinion. I respect yours. As fans, we need to look at the big picture. Not always the current one.

Peace.

Rob,
Klopp promised the fans that if he fail to win the league in 4 years he would quit himself and move to Swiss league.

The media has been against Klopp since he started his full season last year. They were the ones who keep putting fake news in the media whenever he is under pressure. Each time we have a bad result, the pathetic Sky pundits would start with their pathetic nit-picking and talking points, comparing his record to BR (as if anyone with a functioning brain, care about that), they fed the BS that led to Karius being dropped that the manc troll Neville and sell out Carra helped whip up. For months they said we would not make top 4 cos Utd and Arsenal was better. In the end, we made top 4 and they all kept quiet. Now, they are back again and will be back each time we lose or draw cos they can't stand the fact that Klopp has taken LFC forward from the dross their darling BR left us.

Poch is struggling more than Klopp is at Spurs (can't buy a win at home) YET is he facing any pressure or should Spurs "stick" with him? Of course not cos he's their media darling where as the guy has not won a sausage in his WHOLE career YET they and some on here think he's better than Klopp who actually has trophies in his trophy case. See the propaganda there?

I propose people ignore the lame stream media and not fall for their propaganda. They have already promised the title to City and Utd like last season. Can anyone remind me what happened at the end there? They were wrong, AGAIN. The media will bring down who they want and will not bring down who they don't want to bring down.

Are you talking to me Harry?

If you are, you are not accurate with your quote and secondly, what relevance does that have to the next few weeks? 🤔.
