15 minutes ago, I was driving down the M62 towards Liverpool (no, I didn't get a glimpse of Van Dijk in his car or van lol) listening to Talk Sport. Their South American correspondent, Tim Vickery, said that Coutinho's entourage in Brazil are saying that Coutinho to Barcelona is a done deal and that LFC don't want to announce it because that would inflate the price of the players they are after. What do you think guys? It sounds credible.

Mmm what you you do if you he been offered that amount of money and we're looking for replacements? What did Spurs do when they were about to lose bale? It's not rocket science.

Why didn't you just say you was listening to talk sport we don't need to know your movements aswell.

{Ed001's Note - just be glad it wasn't his bowel movements he was telling us all about.}

It's a bit obvious if you consider that we've gone in full for Lemar, who is a direct replacement for Coutinho. It's clear Klopp has had enough of Coutinho (the Sakho experience tells us that once Klopp's mind is made up it stays that way) . And the rumoured amount being agreed on for the sale is no small change, by any stretch of the imagination.

In which case they've done a great job of knackering it.
