Yes Coutinho as an absolutey quality player and we would love to keep him. But if we do keep him, is his heart in it? No, personally I can't see Coutinho playing to the level he did last year if he stays because he clearly wants to move and his head will be turned so his performance will dip imo. Ideal solution imo would be sell Coutinho now for as much as possible bring in VVD to try and shore defence up, buy Ox to give more options and sign Keita if we can persuade RBL to sell (which will be tough) but if not I'd honestly give Lanzini a shot because not only does he have PL experience he has enough talent to improve and become a regular figure in the team is he Coutinho? No but he has a similar style. So VVD, Ox, Keita/ Lanzini and I'll honestly be happy. I'd rather keep Coutinho if his head is in the game.

He'll make the World Cup team regardless if he plays well or not Neymar likely tells the coach who to pick in today's day which is sad really that players have as much power as they do.

I would like us to go for Lanzini, he did not play for west ham today, wonder why . he ticks a lot of boxes .
