What you think about Gnabry who played for arsenal and is now at Bremen, could he be our left Mane?

Must be a joke.

Why so skeptical guys?

21 year old lightning quick left winger with 8 goals and 2 assists in 20 appearances this season in a top European League.

Is it just because he was ditched by Arsenal? Like Ejaria was!

Gnabry is a good player. Swear some people make an opinion on a player and then will never change it. I thought he was useless for the Gunners too, but he is proving now that they gave up on him way too soon. He'd walk into their current team if Walcott and Iwobi can get games!

Different leagues are rarely comparable to the premier league MK.

agree with you MK Arsenal gave up on the lad too quickly, he has looked good. Having said that it is only just over half a season in his first seazson of top level football - i wouldn't sign him just yet.

I've seen nothing from him that suggests the type of tactical awareness I'd like in a winger- seen him a few times and he doesn't track back, doesn't make runs, just relies on pure pace on the ball. Maybe one day he will be but right now, not for me.

No joke, Welsh. Gnabry is quite a talented player as I watched him at the Olympics and quite a few times at Bremen this season. He may not be the finished article yet and has holes in his game BUT he is one player that I think Klopp can get the best out of due to his work ethic (he wasn't even part of the Olympic squad but for the injury to Schalke's Leon Goretzka and he took his chance well, ending up being the top scorer in Brazil) . Keep an eye on him, I say.

Agreed Seano, I just didn't see the justification for the tide of disagrees and the negative comment. Gnabry may not be the right player for us, but saying it "must be a joke" as if he is some 32 year old wannabe from the Luxembourg national league? I thought that was a tad harsh!

I don't think my comments were harsh MK, I didn't call him old or say he was a wannabe. I just think there's better around if its pace we need. Arsenal don't give up on players early for nothing, you only have to look at how they're still persevering with Walcott as an example. I'm not saying Gnabry is poor but we can do better in my opinion.

Welsh, Walcott has BEEN finished for the past 4 years now. Wenger is know and berated by Arsenal fans for being loyal to his players even tho everyman and his dog knows that some of them, are past it, like Walcott and Ramsey, their opinion BUT one I don't disagree with. So I wouldn't apply the "Wenger doesn't give up on players" theory here as you do know he gave up on a certain Yaya Toure.

No worries Welsh. Thing with text is you cannot hear the expression or tone it is intended.

For me the words "must be a joke" would follow if somebody had just suggested Jermaine Pennant. Gnanry might not be everyone's cup of tea, but I think he is a decent player at least.

Ramsey past it? I don't think so!

And that's my point Noah. If wenger is so fiercely loyal why not stick with Gnabry?

Ramsey isn't past it he's been off and on injured since the World Cup! Although I'm not a fan of Walcott or anything when he gets a run of games he always produces goals and assists which is more than some tbf!

Ejaria hasn't proved anything at Liverpool yet. I fail to see why you use him as an example.
