Have we scored a free kick this season? I don't mean an assist, I mean a 30 yard top corner bullet like Gerrard in his prime!

I'm sure we must of but I can't think of one?

Coutinho did against West Ham I think back in February. I could be mistaken but I'm sure he belted one under the wall.

That's the problem with us this season. We have not scored from free kicks (I mean like Messi/ Payet did) and very little from corners. We do not have a good free kick taker or even someone to drive a decent corner like with Stevie. We definitely have to buy a player who is good at taking Free Kicks and corners.

Buy someone just to take free kicks and corners really?

How about we just teach the player to become a dead ball specialist - They can all Kick a ball and everyone has an idea which way the ball needs to go to score so I can't see it not being able to taught and just go and sign someone for it.

Maybe it ought to be something we look for in a player we are considering to purchase? Surley it wouldn't be a bad thing?
