Hi eds . great job you all do
Just wondering if Reals interest in Mane is firmed up who do you see replacing him
On previous transfer rumours you have often replied . if one of the front three leave.
So if he were to go who would you like to replace him with and who do you actually think we will get?

{Ed002's Note - I think you are rather jumping the gun here.}

I wouldn't worry about it just yet. Mane is happy at Liverpool.

I think their main priority will be Hazard.

Hazard Neymar and Mbappe before Mane or Salah.

I did see an online article along the lines of “Messi wants Liverpool’s Mane” and it wouldn’t surprise me to see more similar such Barcelona propaganda ahead of a potential CL semi final with them.
Mane is in the perfect team in the perfect league imho and it would be extremely foolish to leave Klopp and Liverpool at this moment in time.

A swap deal for Varane (who is considering his own position) is the best outcome if Mane’s head is turned.

Every time a player of ours has a run of form, there's a rumour about Barcelona or RM wanting them at the end of that season.
I doubt Mane wants to go anywhere else, he's not long extended his contract and Klopp and the club clearly don't want him going anywhere.
Yet some have him sold already. Mental.

Varane and vvd is exciting but not as exciting as gomez' potential for me, as for mane, klopps liverpool isn't a stepping stone.

Said this many times before - I don't see the appeal of Real at this point in time for either a manager or a player. It's a nightmare place where the managers generally last 10mins and the players just get constant grief, even the quality ones like Ronaldo. Only reason to go there is for the ££££.

Real, Barcelona and Bayern all going through a reshaping of their aging squads. Yes still huge draw cards, but not the guaranteed winners material they were before. Man City and Liverpool are the two hottest top sides in Europe IMO for a potent mix of playing talent, top managers and plenty of youth to develop even further in the coming years. Keep the squad and Klopp together, and just add the occassional top player to keep it fresh, and we could see a very productive few years for the trophy cabinet.

As you can guess, I’m a believer ;)

Remember Barcelona have a premium to pay if they want to sign one of our players before 2020.
Does this include the 2020 season Eds?

{Ed002's Note - It does but won’t ever happen.}

The first 3 comments after the op said nothing controversial or provocative, would love to know where some thumbs down come from, do other fans come on and get trigger happy as a sad hobby?
