So I know what I previously said about fekir has left a sour taste however what I did say was true until Lyon pulled a fast one. From what I’ve been told is we did try to negotiate a payment structure different to an agreed structure due to his medical. Terms are now dependent on his World Cup performances deal isn’t off.

Update on keeper issue.
Mignolet is free to talk to other clubs as is Ward with his chances of playing look less certain. We have been scouting a couple of keepers. Alisso has his mind set on Madrid, Butland is an option however we are set to hold talks with lazio’s Thomas strakosha. With a fee around €30m.

Is Strakosha any good mate?

Yes Barry Strakosha is talented, Ed02 said we are interested but he is one of a couple we are looking at but Ed01 said he would be surprised if Lazio let him go this season.

{Ed002's Note - Lazio has already held discussions with another club about him.}

Ed002 explained that Strakosha interest is there nut not being targeted as a mumber 1 keeper and Lazio won't sell him this summer.

Thomas definitely seems to be an upgrade, more hands on than what karius is. meaning he’s more of a catch the ball than to punch so that’s less of a headache or concussion in karius’s case, he’s only 23 and rather diving for the cameras he definitely all round is a better keeper than Karius. personally I’d be very happy with the inquisition should it pull off. Meaning more funds for other areas.

Origi situation isn’t clear at the moment however he is willing to come back and fight however it’s a loosing battle. Solanke has previously hinted he’d love to work under Gerrard at rangers for a loan spell but there are a lot of options for the lad.

Why blame lyon, saying they pulled a fast one, when u say it was us who wanted to change the payment structure?

I wasn’t blaming Lyon per say we had concerns. just like when you buy a car. it seems good on paper but if there’s damage you haggle on price or try to get the best deal but Lyon were quick to reject. so now we just wait.

Thanks F89, rumours always welcome mate. That’s what we are all here for, right?

Can I ask what we are now waiting on?

To put it short. to agree a fee but most likely happen when the World Cup is over for France.
Everything is agreed part from the fee.

I understand he is a good player but maybe his future is weighing on his mind. He seemed a bit out of sorts today when he came on for France, he just seemed to be out of sorts in my opinion.

Something I noticed today as well, didn’t get the impression his mind was in the match. something going on behind scenes?

Id love to believe you mate and for this site to have another person with credibility but you’re just echoing things the Ed’s have already said days ago.

If you’re source who knows the production team at lfc is legit, they surely would have told you about Fabinho.

I’d take a hazard of a guess that he either checks Twitter and passes those things onto you as if ITK, or that you do.

I’ve noticed every summer on this website a few people will always come along repeating things already known to the public in an attempt to have credibility. Alansbarnet springs to mind, oh how I miss him 😅
Unfortunate.
