I know he wasn't getting any game time but I can't help but think that he is the sort of player who, in games like Swansea and West Brom, could have made a difference. Yet another out and nothing seemingly coming in.
Eds, do you expect any incomings for Liverpool in the next 48 hours?

{Ed001's Note - if he was fit he maybe could have made a difference but he couldn't stay fit, which is why he lost his place in the squad. Shame because he is an awesome player on those rare days he is fit, but it was happening less and less and it is best to get his huge wages gone.

I'm very happy for Dan the man. I really hope he gets firing again and makes a difference. A player with great talent and I would like to see him thrive. His future does not seem to be at Liverpool but I see no reason why he can't continue a great career elsewhere.

Loved when Dan was fit and firing. I know he has been frustrating to have here with all the injuries but he has scored some unbelievable goals in that shirt. If he didn't have all the problems he has I believe he would be up there with the best. Was a risk when we got him and some probably will think he's been a waste of wages but that season, yes that one 😣 he's was every bit as good as suarez in almost getting us what we want so much.

Firmino, ings and solanke seem to be our lot, and I'm ok with that. not really keen for some money to be spent just to bring another body in.

well, time to watch wba's games because i really miss and want to see 'the sturridge dance' and i think there training will be a lot less intense than ours so he may be able to be fit for a lot more games than he would with us lol.
