Naby keita liked his friends post in instagram of when which translated to English congratulated him on his next contract. Hence the rumours of him signing a new contract, possibly by next contact he was referring to Liverpool.

Its only the CEO at RB that's being difficult, the President and Manager don't want to keep an unhappy player so I doubt Keita has signed a new contract seeing as he wants to join Liverpool and doing so would basically end the entire saga

Its all about Liverpool making an acceptable offer now.
